Our Services

Orion AI provides AI-powered solutions for businesses, including:

  • AI chatbots for websites and messaging platforms
  • AI voice agents for phone-based interactions
  • Sales automation and workflow tools
  • Website design and hosting

All services are provided subject to agreement between Orion AI and the client. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any such agreement.

Use of Our Website

You may use get-orionai.com for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
  • Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
  • Use our AI assistant for any harmful, abusive, or unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time if we believe these terms are being breached.

AI Services - Important Limitations

Our AI products are powerful tools but they have limitations. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for every situation.
  • Orion AI does not guarantee that AI agents will handle every possible query correctly in every circumstance.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving the configuration, training data, and behaviour of any AI agent we build for you before it goes live.
  • Orion AI is not liable for any decisions made by your business or your customers based on interactions with an AI agent we have built.

We strongly recommend clients regularly review their agent's performance and inform us of any updates required to its knowledge or behaviour.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of Orion AI, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information for the purpose of training and configuring your AI agent
  • Ensure that any information you provide does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Keep any login credentials or API keys shared with us confidential and inform us immediately if you believe they have been compromised
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your use of the AI services we provide, including data protection laws relevant to your customers

Payments and Subscriptions

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed. By engaging our services you authorise us to collect payment on a recurring monthly basis via the agreed payment method. Payments are due at the start of each billing period.

There is no minimum contract length - you may cancel at any time with at least 7 days notice before your next billing date. Setup fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once work has commenced.

We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received within 14 days of the due date. All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Clients outside the UK may be invoiced in USD or EUR by agreement.

Intellectual Property

All work created by Orion AI - including AI agent configurations, system prompts, workflow designs, and website builds - remains the intellectual property of Orion AI until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for their own business purposes.

This licence does not permit resale or redistribution of our work to third parties. Orion AI retains the right to reference completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes pricing, proprietary processes, client lists, and technical configurations.

Data Protection

Both Orion AI and our clients are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR and EU GDPR where relevant. Our full Privacy Policy is available at get-orionai.com and forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Where Orion AI processes personal data on behalf of a client - for example, customer conversations handled by an AI agent - we act as a data processor. Clients remain the data controller and are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate legal basis to share that data with us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orion AI's total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. Orion AI is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or reputational damage.

Orion AI is not liable for any downtime, interruption, or failure of third-party services including Vapi, Telnyx, n8n, OpenRouter, or Vercel.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable written notice. Upon termination:

  • Access to the AI agent and associated infrastructure will be deactivated
  • Any outstanding payments become immediately due
  • We will provide a reasonable handover period of up to 7 days upon request

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
